Payment

Payment must be received within 3 days of placing an order. If payment is not received within this time framed the item will be relisted. We ONLY accept Offline/Banking payment. The Paypal service is coming soon.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via our carrier company with a delivery confirmation. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase. Domestic shipping rates for:

Tracking Order

A tracking number will be email to you after shipping your package. Contact us if you haven't received your shipping after 7 working days.

Damaged or Lost Package

Please understand that our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. With that in mind, please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing an order online.We will make sure our products are zero damage before shipping so we are NOT ACCEPT any damage return. If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns/Exchanges

There are no refunds on item damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with carrier. However, we are accepted exchange for the size only. Exchange will be accepted if exchange is sent within 3 days of delivery confirmation date.

We do not refund shipping cost if you need to exchange the size.

All packages are to be insured. You must inform us of any exchange so that we will be expecting your package. Return that are sent without our prior knowledge will be rejected.

If the exchange item is out of stock, you can replace it with other products which is available.
